Focus on HOT ORDERS!

Think for a moment how many job orders you have written that were a waste of your time. You need to turn away bad business and focus on the HOT ORDERS which give you the best chance of success. Too often recruiters work the job orders from their favorite clients or the most demanding clients. Start determine where you have the best chance of providing RESULTS. You are not paid on efforts you are only paid on results.

Obtain interviewing times, a specific targeted date to fill and make sure you email a copy of your specs to everyone in the interview process to make sure you are all on the same page. This information makes it easy to determine which orders to work! Provide an update every Friday afternoon so your clients are aware of your efforts. If you are not producing results, these conversations can also result in revisions.

You need to determine which job orders can help you attain a new level of success and income.
