* Focus on the 20% of what you do that provides you with 80% of your results
* Stop doing things that waste your time
* If you want to obtain great clients, write a list of targets and consistently let them know why they
should utilize you vs. your competition
* If you need to attract better talent, create a referral program and learn to utilize Social Media. It’s
time to embrace new techniques to attract talent
* Learn to embrace technology which will continue to impact the Staffing and Recruiting Profession
worldwide
